Refund Policy

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please note that Clearme requires at least 24 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment there is a small processing fee of $10. If you cancel within the 24 hour period prior to your appointment, Clearme will reimburse 50% of the total cost. Please note that no changes can be made to your appointment within 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
